I might step on some toes here, but this is my honest opinion, for what it's worth...This is a GREAT album (with the exception of "Oh America", which unfairly insults USA and features that awful vocoder voice sound!). Wonderful 'slightly dubby' overtones, great melodies and upbeat tunes/tempo. But... I looked all over the CD cover and booklet and cannot see a single mention of Ali Campbell... what the heck?! I know all about the band's split, but come on, he's the lead singer on many of the tracks here... and frankly, Ali IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE the sound of UB40. If you don't agree, compare Ali/Astro/Mickey's recent brilliant "Silhouette" album to the dreadful country-twangy "Getting Over The Storm" album!
