If you are a real skater purchase different wheels because these won't have you gliding!This was my first time buying skates so I love the fact that they’re ere very comfortable. They are a little slippery when you first start using them only because they’re new but once you start using them then they get used to being skated in.Great item for price.I got these and I love them! They’re perfect for beginners like myself.My grandaughter's first pair of states. A very good pair and value. Does not disappoint.So where do i begin… after waiting for 3 days to receive these you can only imagine my excitement… and the disappointment shen i actually received my box.. the box itself looked like it had been opened and retaped (for whatever reason idk) already a red flag but was willing to look oat that. When i opened the box i notice there is someones gog bar snack wrapper in the bottom of my box! So i take the skates out the box to find A WALMART SHOPPING BAG INSIDE THE RIGHT SKATE. Not only was there a Walmart shopping bag inside the right skate but the right skate was also scuffed/scratched up at the front of the skate and the stopper was busted and scuffed up as well. Now i will say i did try them on to make sure they fit and they did.. after trying on for a couple of minutes i noticed my ankle started to feel slightly sore so id advise long socks i guess. I will give an updated review on skates when i receive my new pair. This is also my first time purchasing skates so im not to sure if there is supposed to be any type of stuffing or tissue paper in the box or inside the skate but the picture provided is how they came in the box when i received them!PS.. i skated in my kitchen for 5 mins while trying them on so the wheels did not already look like they do it the pictures.Perfect for what I needed them for! Fell for the TikTok roller skating trend in 2020 and bought these since they were really cheap at the time as intro skates… just started actually using them last week (oops). The trunks were really tight and they were hard to turn in when I first started but they began loosening up after a couple days. I know I could’ve done it manually but I was too lazy to figure out how.They’re comfortable and work well for someone who’s just learning. I prefer to use them outside, I find they grip the pavement really nicely. I’ve beaten them up quite a bit from falling so they’re perfect for someone trying to learn if you don’t want to risk destroying an expensive pair of skates during the falling-on-your-a$$ stageI ordered a size 9 but got an 8. My original size is 10 so I already sized down but this 8 is just too small. The do look nice and sturdy though.
