I have all but "Swingers" of the original CDs on this set. (It was a gift.) The sound quality of these disks is a little less bright and open than the originals. But pretty close overall. "The Real Ambassadors" album here is missing 5 songs: Lonesome, Nomad, You Swing Baby (The Duke), Summer Song (2nd Version) and Easy as You Go. But LH&R didn't sing on those songs. (They didn't sing on several of the other songs that were included.) This is an excellent way to get their entire catalog for the cost of one, minus only the greatest hits album: "Everybody's Boppin'. I love LH&R. No one has come even close to their inventiveness and vocal interweaving. They were the best there ever was.
