I began reading this series and could not put it down. Love the characters in this book and whole series. Since I wasn't in the military (just Law Enforcement) any Military procedures that were incorrect as another reader said, didn't change my enjoyment of this book. I have in my career been present when victims, suspects and fellow officers have passed away. The description of Lt. Cotter's death was realistic and took me back to the times I had been present. If you ever loose a fellow Officer you know its like loosing a family member. I remember training new Officers and telling them that you may not be best friends with all your fellow Officers but they are your family and you protect them as such. Also thought the description of Murdock's entrance as the teams new Leader was very realistic. Yes, there may be a few grammatical errors etc but I thoroughly enjoyed the book and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys this genre.
