I loved and hated this book so much. Let me tell you why I hated it. I hated Greed because Victoria got me looking crazy talking to these characters like they are real people. The amount of fussing I did with Zuri is ridiculous! I was having out-loud, verbal conversations by myself. My mental health was being questioned! Seriously though, Victoria is such an expert writer because she can elicit so many emotions out of you. I did not want to put the book down because I wanted to know what happened next. I love the depth of the characters. Real life moments not only in Zuri's relationship with Stephon but with her best friend and her dad. I loved how her friend had to check her but they were still solid. Also, her dad calling her out on how she had changed. I was mad with Zuri for most of the story but I sort of felt bad for her in the end. If you haven't read Greed yet, do it now!!! After each of Victoria's books, I always want a sequel. That's how involved I get with the characters and the storyline. She draws you in. I can't wait for the next one!
