I've heard and read so many great things about Method Seven, and although they're more expensive than many glasses, the only thing "too expensive" in my estimation is gambling with your vision. For the past few weeks, I've been using The Method Seven glasses give a night and day difference. You can actually see the true colors of your plants and see what is going on with them. Without these glasses I also suffered from horrible headaches from the lights. Seeing truly is believing, and these glasses do exactly what they’re supposed to.I tried 2 other brands of grow glasses before these and they did not come close at all.My only complaint at all(or rather a want) is wanting a pair with larger lenses to fully block out lighting more.I use "blurple" LED lights in my greenhouse and was excited to receive these glasses. Upon receipt I had to try them out and was rather let down. They didn't change or enhance the ability of me to see under the lights. I'm not sure if it's the type of lights I use or the glasses themselves, but they didn't work for my circumstance. These are really great under the LED's. I saw them on a YouTube clip and they really filter the red so that it looks like normal light. If you have HPS or MH or even a T5 it is not as clean of a wash. Also a lanyard or even elastic would be nice. They wrap around to cover your peripheral vision but iI was sweating and moving around, bending over and they slipped right off. Which is a bummer because they got a little scratch and I had them for less than a day. Why don't glasses manufacturers watch The Jerk? I would still highly recommend these if you are under the LED's for any length of time. No squinting from eye damage or hunching to avoid it. They really are pretty amazingly clear under just LED's.Was battling eye fatigue for a week or so before these came in I don’t feel like a walking zombie anymore , my eyes are loving the new frames I was skeptical on dropping $50 bucks but your eyes are your eyes right? My only complaint is that I look like I’m about to go mow grass should have went with the more stylish ones.I never saw myself paying more than fifty dollars on a pair of sunglasses in my life, for about a month under my leds i was using regular sunglasses, squinting and trying to not get fatigued every time I was around them I decided my EYES ARE WORTH MORE THAN UV DAMAGE, I've seen comparison tests and prior to buying I found these to balance the magenta of leds the best. I walked into the room again with the M7's and bam everything is colored normally like outside, I can't even describe how fun it is to be able to see all the beautiful colors like you would in daylight.Decent material and workmanship. I take care of these spectacles as I do my prescription lens spectacles. Lightweight .They wrap your eye(s) well and may allow some peripheral light entering . The ad image accurately portrays the spectacles..Fantastic product the lenses are professional quality high grade as you would find in the more expensive ones. I I met with an optometrist and we went online searching and who recommended I go with these and I'm happy I did I don't need to pay $300 4 pair glasses just because the markets hot right now. Only difference is the frames are more cheaply made but over all well constructed. As long as you're not throwing them around you should be fine. For 70 dollars you expect more from these LED glasses. While the lens are a nice darker green than most companies, the frames are really flimsy and feel like a pair of theater 3D glasses.M7s are the best of the bestI like them but I don't like the priceGreat product
